Bioaerosol Dust Spectrometer

Measurement of airborne bioaerosol concentrations

This instrument provides unique capability to measure airborne concentrations of bioaerosols in real time. It integrates multiple aerosol detection technologies to measure single airborne particles in a reliable and repeatable way. Surface based versions of the technology are starting to be deployed at pollution monitoring sites across Europe; this will be the first to operate on an aircraft platform.
