This page details the aircraft's Mission Configuration Control Manual (MCCM). These documents show the positions where instruments are allowed to be fitted. Until November 2011, the MCCM was a manual which was largely replaced as a result of each new Role Change. Since then, a change in role change philosophy developed between FAAM and BAE Systems has introduced a simpler system. New Role Changes build upon the documentation already available. Note that the MCCM only shows where configurable science equipment (i.e. equipment that can be fitted or removed at the discretion of FAAM and the aircraft operator) can be fitted in the cabin, cargo hold or externally on the airframe. Details of all installations on the aircraft are maintained by BAE Systems. Configuration 14 - April 2012
